3.6 Memramcook Valley Beef
We are proud to introduce to you our succulently tender Memramcook Valley Select Beef. Fed exclusively on natural grasses and legumes, and are free of all hormones and antibiotics. You can be confident that our beef is highly nutritious and beautifully cut. Since 1938, the Bourque family has lived and raised beef cattle on their 250 acre farm nestled in the picture-esque Valley of Memramcook, New Brunswick. Our cattle are raised their entire lives on our farm grazing only the most luscious pastures (during summer months) and eating the highest quality grass silage and hay (during winter months). All of our pastures are free from any herbicides, fungicides or insecticides ensuring that you will receive the safest most delicious beef. Buying direct from our farm allows you to know exactly where your beef is coming from and how it is treated, from our pastures to your table. As well, buying from a local farm not only helps the local economy but the environment as well. The least amount of distance the product has to travel, the less fuel is burned and less carbon dioxide goes into our atmosphere.
*Starting April 1rst, we will be taking orders for the BBQ season*
WHY 100% GRASS FED
Cattle are free-range herbivores, and their natural diet consists of a variety of natural grasses and legumes.
